Mango & Banana Smoothie
- 1 Blender
- 170 ml Orange or Mango Juice (milk works well too)
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Cut Mango
- 1 tsp Organic natural honey to taste optional for added sweetness
- 1 tbsp Natural unsweetened Yoghurt
- My bananas are usually frozen so if you are using fresh bananas you may want to add some ice cubes for extra texture and coolness.
- Just add all the above ingredients into a blender or liquidizer (moulinex) and blend until smooth.
- Serve however you wish but definitely straightaway 😉
