Mango & Banana Smoothie
This is a really tasty and nutritious summer drink. It's easy, quick and flavoursome and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

ml
Orange or Mango Juice
(milk works well too)

Bananas
1
Cut Mango
1
tsp
Organic natural honey to taste
optional for added sweetness

tbsp
Natural unsweetened Yoghurt
Instructions
My bananas are usually frozen so if you are using fresh bananas you may want to add some ice cubes for extra texture and coolness.
Just add all the above ingredients into a blender or liquidizer (moulinex) and blend until smooth.
Serve however you wish but definitely straightaway ;)
