Alfez Apricot and Coriander Aromatic Sauce, very best with chicken, lamb or vegetables. A thick, tomato-primarily based sauce with a light and herby sweet flavour. Ideal for creating a classic Moroccan Tagine stew. Serving Suggestions: Use as a base for casseroles, as a cooking sauce, a pour over sauce or as a dip straight from the jar. Instructions (2 Servings): Cooking Sauce – Cut 2 chicken breasts into 1″ cubes. Add to a frivolously oiled pan, cook over medium warmth till sealed. Add sauce, cook for 1-2 mins. Scale back warmth, cover and simmer for 15-20 mins stirring now and again. Serve on a bed of rice or couscous. Pour over sauce: Pour sauce into pan and cook over medium warmth for 4-5 mins stirring regularly. Pour over rice, couscous, jacket potatoes or as desired.
