Steenbergs Organic Harissa Powder is a fiery hot chilli-primarily based blend from North Africa. This traditional Tunisian blend – Steenbergs Organic Harissa (also attributed to Morocco) is used as a table condiment, either dry or mixed to a paste with a bit of water. Steenbergs Organic Harissa is a mix of organic dried chilli flakes, honed down with organic paprika and given depth with organic caraway, organic cumin and organic mint. Spice ingredients for Steenbergs Organic Harissa Spice Combine – organic chilli powder , organic paprika ( pimenton ), organic garlic powder , organic ground caraway seeds , organic coriander seeds powder , sea salt (7%), organic ground cumin seeds , organic spearmint. Steenbergs is the organic and Fairtrade spice specialists from North Yorkshire. A few of the spices are sourced direct from producers and all are blended (to our own recipes) and packed at our spice factory.
