Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup oil
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp mustard

Method

  1. Crack one egg into the cup/bowl making sure you don’t break the yolk.
  2. Roll the lemon on a flat surface then cut it in half. Juice 1 half and add over the egg.
  3. Add the salt and mustard.
  4. Cup the egg yolk with the hand blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds until it gets thick and creamy.
